The place is beautiful, lots of bouquets and a good selection. I bought a bouquet of 15 peony-shaped roses and eucalyptus. Before buying, I asked if the flowers were fresh, if they would stand normally, and they said everything would be great.
As a result, a bouquet for 250 rubles simply "died" on the second day, my wife knows how to take care of flowers and did everything possible even before I contacted the store and he advised me to do the same. The main parameter by which we can conclude that the store has already sold a spoiled bouquet is eucalyptus. He always stands for a very long time, and here he also died on the 4th day.
In response to the claim, the store offered a symbolic "bouquet" or a 20% discount, a great solution to the problem) in general, I advise the store management to work out issues of maintaining reputation and providing service. In fact, this store has the same roses.white, but in a beautiful wrapper and much more expensive.

My husband ordered a bouquet from this salon, and I was absolutely delighted! The flowers are fresh, the bouquets are collected with such attention to detail that it is simply impossible not to be surprised. I was pleasantly surprised that the florists took into account all my wishes. But most importantly, my husband did not forget about the Scandinavian salmon cake, which became a pleasant addition to the flowers. The cake was simply delicious! This surprise really lifted the mood, and as it turned out, the combination of a bouquet and such an original cake is super! The salon has a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly sales staff. I recommend it to everyone!

I agree with the first comments. I live nearby, I constantly have to buy flowers in your salon, but the service always gives an unpleasant feeling. I worked for a long time in sales myself, so I expect a polite and attentive attitude (especially for such money).
