To say that this concert hall is gorgeous is not to say anything. Amazing acoustics, big stage. I listened to a lot of classical concerts there and for 2 years in a row I was lucky enough to observe the process of the most exciting Astana Piano Passion competition (the first two competitions). Summing up, I want to say that I give this concert hall a well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐️

A beautiful building both outside and inside. Friendly staff. We were at the performance Number 13. I liked the acting. The only disadvantage for us is that when buying tickets for this event, it was not indicated that the performance was in the Kazakh language.

Зал выглядит дорого, архитектура интересная, материалы использованные- все круто. У меня один вопрос - почему зрители на балконе 70% поля зрения видят потолок, арматуру, кабеля и т.п. Это я ещё в первом ряду сидел. А те, кто на последнем ряду балкона, вообще сцену не видят. По моему, проект здания помпезный и не оправдывает вложенных денег, если городить о заботе о зрителя. Я ожидал большего. Сравниваю с новой филармонией в Новосибирске: купив самые дешёвые билеты на галерке вы будете 100 % все видеть и слышать. Но опыт интересный, за попытку спасибо. Покупать билеты надо только в партер, если хотите здесь все хорошо посмотреть и услышать.

Очень нравится! Расположение удобное, красивая площадь. Архитектура здания необычная. Сцену внутри хорошо видно отовсюду. Звук отличный. Можно брать билеты любые - не ошибёшься никогда.

There is rarely soap in the toilets. The dryer doesn't always work. Otherwise, everything is fine. And yes, the balconies are placed on the sides behind the speakers, it would be better if these sectors were not sold

But the management and staff lack the wisdom to organize a passage for guests and seat them in their places... and not keep 30-50 minutes in the crowd in the lobby before entering concerts or other events.... Снаружи это выглядит как потрясающий концертный зал. А внутри встретит очень много незаполненного пространства. Дизайнерское здание, без сомнения. Сомнения есть в правильности компоновки зрительного зала. Невероятно узкий, вытянутый ввысь, в сторону галёрок-балконов зал. Берём с собой 8-10 кратные бинокли! Парковок рядом нет, а Яндекс-такси придётся вызывать на точку примерно на 200 метров от входа, ближе нельзя подъехать.

Архитектура здания просто завораживает!(прям зашла в интернет и почитала о здании, и узнала, что это творение итальянского архитектора) Цветовая гамма приковывает взгляд! Внутри тоже все красиво и уютно! Акустика на высшем уровне! Рада что посетила данный концертный зал! Супер!

Вы просто решили поставить места везде и побольше, хотя с высоты не видно пол сцены. Сам концертный зал выполняет функцию и музея, но это с натяжкой, ведь все, что вы сможете посмотреть расположено в одном крыле(только я не понял в каком, ведь вся логистика здания обдумывалась по-моему уже после того, как придумали его дизайн).

Отличное место. Удобные сидушки, красивый персонал, удобный гардероб. 4 звезды из-за того, что при полном заполнении зала, мест для автомобилей не хватает на парковке.

Звук ужасный, купили место с боку в ложе, почувствовала себя рыбой, ничего не слышу, весь звук превращается в кашу, сиденья в ряду максимально приближены др к др. даже при маленьком росте коленки впиваются в соседнюю спинку, попросили нас пересадить, долго этот вопрос решали, а выступление шло, минут через 15 нас пересадили, а это ещё минут 10 по переходам. Итого 25 минут вычеркнуто из концерта. И качество звука так же было ужасно
