This is not a cafe, but another nightclub where music is blaring, which is ordered by those who have more company. And there's nothing you can do about it. There's politics, the one who pays the most is the main one. Everyone else can be patient. Therefore, it is safe to say that this institution is not a cozy cafe, with the opportunity to relax pleasantly. And it is another nightclub where music can scream in your ears and you need to shout at the top of your voice to hear the interlocutor.
As for the staff, kitchen and interior, there is nothing to worry about and if it were not for the situation mentioned above, it would be possible to confidently put 4-5 stars.

Nice place in the old center. It's quite cozy. Friendly staff. They were escaping from the heat, and there were 34 overboard. We cooled off and tasted Viennese waffles and refreshing cocktails! It was delicious!

The interior is for an amateur, I somehow wasn't very comfortable, the coffee was terrible, but the waffles are sooo delicious and satisfying! The place is clean to come and eat and leave, without atmospheric gatherings.
