I really liked it. We had a rest with my husband from September 11 to September 15, 2025, 4 nights in an economy room on the 3rd floor. We are very grateful to all the staff and the host for a wonderful stay. The room is small, cozy, clean, has air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The shower is combined with a toilet, there are 2 on the floor for 7-8 rooms, it was enough and convenient for us. A shared cozy balcony with a view of the mountains, where you can drink coffee and dry your beach clothes. On-site parking for a separate reasonable price. There is a shared kitchen, refrigerator. The territory is well maintained and beautiful, the room is cozy. The price-quality ratio is fully consistent, we were very satisfied! The sea is clean, 7-10 minutes on foot, pine trees on the shore, equipped with a comfortable beach, there are sun beds for 300 rubles /day. I especially liked that there is a Rosemary cafe on the territory, they cook very tasty and varied, they ate fish, seafood, vegetables in a frying pan, quail, delicious salads... If you're interested, there's wine and other drinks. The staff is helpful, pleasant, and hospitable. Special thanks to Sarkis, he cooks very well. We wish the hotel prosperity!

We had a rest from July 19th to 24th. Room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. The room had 2 beds and a large sofa, which was very comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator. The courtyard is large, and you can spend evenings in the cafe on the hotel grounds. The sea is a 5-minute walk, shops are 2 minutes away, there are also cafes and canteens nearby. The bus stop is nearby, but we walked out of the gate, waved our hand and they stopped.It's a 10-minute drive to the center of Pitsunda, to the Fish Factory, also about 10 in the other direction.
