The first time I was with my wife. We came to a master class on cooking carpaccio, beef medallions and rosemary puree. The master class was conducted by chef Anton. Throughout the whole process, Anton talked about the culinary nuances: from "onion slicing techniques" to "how to choose the right meat." The master class was more like an informal meeting of friends. Anton constantly communicated with the guests, asked our opinion and shared his secrets.
