03/19/2024 my husband bought a bouquet of five chrysanthemums in a store at 43a Pushkin Ave. The bouquet was gorgeous and cost 35 rubles. The next day, 03/20/2024, four of the five branches withered. The flowers were cut according to all the rules after the purchase.How can you sell stale flowers for such money!!!

A huge selection at pleasant prices. Delivery is always on time. Minus, it is unrealistic to place an order before the holidays. On February 14, an order through the website was unavailable, no one answered the calls, although they tried to do it all a few days before the date. Bouquets are very different from the photos on the site, for which a huge minus!

Once (it seems to be on March 8) I bought a bouquet of roses near the Spartivnaya metro station, the flowers began to wilt the next morning.
The same story happened the other day, on the evening of September 8, I came after work to buy roses for my wife's birthday, the sellers claim that the flowers are fresh (brought every day), today is the evening of September 10, the flowers have dropped their buds, I already want to throw them away.

My mother loves this store, she often buys flowers there. Therefore, on March 9th, when we needed flowers, we went to this one. We had a very sad occasion, and the staff "added" to our mood. There were three florists working, because we bought three bouquets, one was made for us by one girl, and the other two were made by another. When the first one found out that we were going to pay together, for some reason she rolled her eyes and said: so you would say that you are together. Even if we did something wrong, we could at least say it in a normal tone. It didn't stop there, because we said that we were together, we passed the information to the cashier that we would also pay everything in place. But we were going to pay separately (2 bouquets together and 1 bouquet separately). When we announced this at the checkout, the cashier also, too obviously, did not like it. I do not know what the difficulty is in accepting payment from the buyer in any sequence.
P.S. It was in this store that I also used to buy flowers and there were no problems with either sellers or cashiers. Only on this strange day. But the sediment remained.

Ruined the holiday!!!! Disgusting service. 13 roses were sent with birthday delivery!!!! A damn dozen!!!! You work in this field and do not understand the obvious things!!! A person came and paid 50 rubles for a bouquet of roses, the delivery was free and as a result 13 roses were sent. That it was impossible to say right away that maybe they didn't pay enough. We tried to resolve the situation so as not to write a negative review - we did not go to the meeting, so I describe the situation as it really was.
I bought my wife a bouquet of tulips on March 8 (a bouquet of 15 tulips cost 67 bel. rubles, that is, her tulips are cheap). As a result, I was sold closed tulips. To my question to the florist: "Will the tulips bloom?", the answer was: "Of course!".
As a result, today is March 15th - out of 15 tulips, only 5 have bloomed (and even then not completely). This can be considered, in principle, fraud (intentionally misleading the buyer in order to make a profit), because if the florist's answer was: "50-50," would I buy this bouquet? I think the answer is obvious - no!
We contacted the office of this organization 4 days later (March 12) with the problem, to which we received an answer that if we had contacted the next day, that is, on March 9, we would have resolved the situation. But after this phrase, a big question arises about the competence of the florist staff who respond in this way to appeals, since the buds of peony-shaped tulips (like ours) bloom after 3-5 days (unfortunately, we also had to study this issue). Another interesting incident is that my wife first wrote to them, attaching a photo and a receipt, to which the employees of this organization demanded that the buyer (that is, I) get in touch with them. It is unclear only for what purpose this was intended, if they were going to refuse to resolve the current situation anyway.
Based on all of the above, this organization is not interested in customers, their interests, and the quality of service, but is focused solely on making a profit in any way, even through deception.
I strongly advise you not to contact them if you do not want to get negative emotions and an unpleasant aftertaste on your soul. I just imagined if other well-known people were in my wife's place. What would they think of me if they received such a bouquet as a gift?
