I ordered flowers for my wife at the other I asked the consultant to pick flowers with a good bud. Flowers of disgusting quality were brought. The courier did NOT get out of the car, although the address is indicated, and it is quite normal to enter the building. The bouquet, which was made to replace the one that was not there, was not standing next to it. I think that in 25 minutes it was possible to contact anyone, including via Viber, telegram, or managers (who wrote). The courier was unfriendly, and this approach only repels. Before that, an order was also placed on the website, and the flowers wilted after 3 days.

Roses do not last more than two days, the last time after purchase they wilted in half a day, although they were placed in a vase with water 20 minutes after purchase.
