I ordered a bouquet via the Instagram page with delivery early in the evening at 10 a.m. the next day! As a result, they were brought at 11.10 (and if I had to go somewhere with them, then I would have waited for them for an hour) I wrote to the manager on whatsapp, says that the flowers were handed over to the courier earlier, the courier says that the flowers were given at 10.45! I don't know who to believe, it's not the point! The bottom line is that the flowers are completely not fresh, it's good if they last until the evening! I do not recommend it!

1 star for the bouquet to the florist, it is beautiful, and 1 more star for the work to the pastry chef, the bento cake is cute, the advantages end there forgot to deliver the cake, the operator is a nervous guy did not explain a clear reason, as if forgetting to deliver part of the order is a normal practice!the cake was sent later and the address was incorrect.
