I bought a bouquet for my wife at the Rosa Bel store, Mira 1, and was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of ready-made bouquets and flowers individually.
I chose a ready-made bouquet of 101 red roses.
Florists gave recommendations on how to care for flowers, and also suggested adding a bunch of balloons to the bouquet.
The bouquet was purchased on 08.01-the flowers are still pleasing.
I recommend it!

I visited the Rose shop.I visited the Minsk Mir area and was very satisfied! The friendly staff and the wide range of fresh and beautiful roses are impressive. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the flowers is top notch. I bought several bouquets that were pleasing to the eye for a long time. They called and offered me a bouquet because my wife's birthday was the next day, and I asked if the roses were fresh, and they said yes, they brought them every day. OK, I chose Kenya because their bud is more presentable.
The next day, the delivery arrives, unfortunately, he personally did not look at the bouquet, there was no physical opportunity, he asked his brother to meet the courier and pay, as the day before he had stipulated with the operator that the bouquet would be presentable and made of fresh flowers, he was calm. When I arrived and saw the bouquet, it wasn't exactly Kenyan roses, but it was probably better to grow them in a greenhouse in the village.
The petals are semi - dry , 4 of the 11 buds are ovate . Moreover, the management does not solve this issue absolutely.
As a result, they ruined my wife with their flowers, they don't want to solve the situation in a civilized way.
This service is 1 star, I do not advise you to apply, it is a complete deception and disrespect of customers!
Never set foot in the rose again!

I bought 2 bouquets for my mother-in-law and daughter.
There are no questions about the tulips, which they didn't really want to sell to me for the promotion in connection with my birthday.
But the roses are for the daughter, I immediately asked for more closed buds, as I saw that those that were given to me seemed to be specially discounted, so I needed to sell them faster. But, the girl assured that these were normal roses, and after 3 days they died. Considering that I've been able to keep roses for more than a month, my daughter is disappointed, and so am I. I always bought flowers in Roses.White. Most often in Loshitsa. I have never had any complaints, but not this time ...
I bought a bouquet for 66.90 rubles. White chrysanthemums. It so happened that I wanted to buy something interesting and unusual. I started asking questions to the seller about additional decorations for the bouquet, twigs, etc., expecting some advice from the seller (I voiced that I wanted an extraordinary bouquet) but there was some kind of uncomprehending look in response. But that's okay.
In the end, I decided on a bouquet of chrysanthemums. There was a bouquet of flowers in the window. I always had a feeling that these bouquets were not the first freshness there, which immediately asked me to collect the same as in the window, but new. To which I was told that they say take it (a bouquet in the window), they say, "I'm going to collect exactly the same for you now." Still doubting the freshness of the bouquet (as it turned out later for good reason), I clarified WHETHER they were EXACTLY fresh? To which I received the answer that yes, of course they are fresh...
Disappointment came within a day. When the girl took the flowers out of the vase to prune, then such a picture stuck to her eyes, as in the photo to the review. Two branches were withered and blackened, the leaves on the flowers withered and the edges began to turn black... and this is 24 hours after buying a "fresh" bouquet.
By the way, it's funny that I also thought about roses, but the seller assured me that it's better to take chrysanthemums, they live much longer than roses))
In general, I will never take a bouquet from the window again. And he was worth a lot of money..
I understand that they need to sell them somehow, so as not to throw them away, but lying so brazenly is certainly too much, I think.

This bouquet was bought on Mira Avenue 1 in Minsk. The flowers are old, the petals are missing, the cores are black, the stems are brown, the leaves are sluggish. The seller knowingly sold a low-quality product AS A GIFT. I wonder if the seller would be pleased to receive such a bouquet herself? And THAT's not WHAT they sold to a regular customer. I'm afraid to imagine what the florists of this network are shoving into flower baskets and envelopes.. The refund was refused. The claim has been left in the complaint book. We will bypass this network. Since the main goal is to make money without being responsible for the quality of the product!!
