A friend ordered a bouquet by delivery. The bouquet was beautiful, but when it came time to unpack it and trim the flowers, it turned out that there were an even number of flowers. He went to find out why it happened, they told him to count the buds. When I counted the buds at home, they also turned out to be an even number. To which he was told that the bouquet was assembled (ready), no one seems to think. Complete nonsense. I found out in other flower salons, no one counts the buds once, and the bouquet is always assembled from an odd number of branches. Ruined the gift!!! Of course, it's disgusting to work with such a product! Or maybe you need to count the leaves?

I took delivery of flowers from another city. We agreed on the price, date and time interval from 5 to 8. At 7 o'clock, I clarified on Instagram whether everything was fine with the delivery and whether it would arrive on time. To which they replied that everything would arrive before 8, as agreed. At 8:10, the girl left, but she didn't get any flowers. I called the flower shop, they said that the courier and the store are not connected and, they say, the courier is to blame for this situation. All they could say was, "Sorry, let's choose a different delivery time." As a result, the girl was left without flowers and mood for the holiday.
If you care at least a little about the person you want to deliver flowers to, avoid this place!

It's a disgusting store. My husband pre-ordered the bouquet, but he didn't pick it up. I ordered bouquets for all holidays in this store throughout the year, my husband bought flowers for me here, too, on my recommendation, everything was fine.
But the last time I ordered colored chrysanthemums for my mother's birthday and wrote that I would still order another bouquet this week, they brought cut and flaccid chrysanthemums that were not worth their money.
To which they told me in communication:
you could refuse the bouquet upon delivery (a colleague was at work and picked up the bouquet), put it in water and they will bloom, a beautiful bouquet.
How can I write that a beautiful bouquet if I'm not satisfied with it.
Earlier, a week ago, I ordered white chrysanthemums from their partners, since they did not have white ones and brought just a gorgeous bouquet 😍
I decided that I would come back and order a bouquet where I always ordered, I did not expect this at all.
There is no customer orientation from the word at all.

Previously, bouquets were often ordered here, but in the last year there have been constant problems. 1. There are never any colors available that are presented on Instagram. 2. Dialogues with the manager who accepts the order are a separate topic. The person is absolutely not interested, does not understand what is wanted from him. 3. On March 8, they sent a bouquet of a completely different color in a completely different package. They wanted a bouquet in a white and pink hum, they sent a burgundy-gray one, it looked gloomy. They said it was a florist's mistake. They didn't even apologize, they didn't try to solve the issue in any way. When they asked for at least a discount on the next order, they agreed, as a result, the discount turned out to be 10p for delivery. 4. The quality of the colors leaves much to be desired. Bouquets cost a maximum of 4 days, no matter what you do with them. On day 2, the stems are already rotting.

I am very disappointed!! The first time I made an order through this store on Instagram, guided by the number of subscriptions and the fact that there were many mutual friends. I decorated a bouquet of 25 branches of 171 roses and made my choice in favor of not cheap roses, from 8 rubles. And this, as I understand it, is FOR ONE rose. The bouquet was brought to the restaurant 20 minutes earlier than the stated time, which I should pay attention to. We weren't supposed to be there yet, and the organizers understood that. I had to take my word for it and pay for the bouquet through erip. I was able to check the exact amount only in the morning, which shocked me!!!! There were no more than 80 roses INSTEAD OF 171. I did this because I expected a bouquet of the appropriate size for 225 rubles. When contacting the group to exchange a bouquet or refund money, the buddies behaved disinterestedly and tried to expose the culprit from me, guided by the fact that it was necessary to check the bouquet in advance (for which I already understood the reason) and 171 roses they meant it TURNS OUT to BE an APPROXIMATE NUMBER!!! I'm shocked guys! I don't recommend this store to anyone, although there is only one guy from the staff who is adequate and ready to enter into a dialogue. Don't make my mistake - check the bouquets!

I have never seen such an attitude towards my work and clients… The order was: 4 bouquets of 7 tulips for a gift to educators, with delivery. Not only did they count 5 for me instead of 4, but I didn't consider it a bad job, but in vain… In the evening, bouquets wrapped in paper were brought to me, I took them away in the house and burst into tears!!!! I've never seen such a terrible design in my life! To my question, "how can you treat your work like this?" The answer was "you can come and we will arrange for you on the spot" Is this bullying? Where to come? At night? I placed an order through the website, ordered 11 meter roses and paid delivery for 10 rubles. The employee called back and said in a boorish voice that you need to buy 15 roses and then there will be delivery, or go to our store and pick up the flowers yourself, but you cannot buy 11 roses and pay for delivery separately.
Then why do you have a 10p paid delivery service on your website if you can't use it??? Judging by recent reviews, this is a bad store for buying flowers.
