Customer satisfaction is zero. I went to pick up the car from the service 2 days ago, despite what they said was ready, when I left, they took the washing order when they said the car hadn't been washed. 1.I have waited for this hour in vain. I brought my car to rs service yenibosnaya because I have an agreement with Ak sigorta for the mini damage caused to the rear bumper. Here they asked for insurance policy information and looked at the vehicle. And they said he didn't get into mini damage. My insurance also asked me for the file number. The lady friend in charge was told that she had not opened a file, I could go to the next table and open a file with the policy information and the accident report. The lady at the next table also said that we need to make an appointment for 2 weeks later just to open a file.For God's sake, is there such a nonsense? Your employee has already looked at the vehicle. It just takes them a few minutes to open a file, which is how uphill they drive the job. WHAT NONSENSE THEY DO!
