I contacted the guys about repairing the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro R9000P laptop (needed to replace the AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor). Before that, I applied to 4 different services - they refused to take up work everywhere. However, one of the organizations recommended this service center to me. They offered several solutions to the problem - replacement with a used one or a new processor. I decided on the second-hand option, because by that time I had been using my laptop for more than a year and saw no point in overpaying for new parts. The whole procedure, taking into account the waiting time for the components (which were ordered from abroad), took about a month. After completing the work on replacing the processor, almost immediately there was a problem with the elements of the power supply chain of the new processor. As far as I understand (I may be wrong here, because I am not an expert in this field), the problem is not directly related to the processor itself, but rather to the motherboard and is expressed in power outages (surges) supplied to the processor, which leads to a forced reboot of the laptop. I contacted this service center again with this problem. The guys also agreed to additional repairs (including the order of additional parts) it was completed at the expense of the service center. At the moment, I have been using my laptop daily for about 2 weeks now and I have not had any comments or complaints during this period. I give the maximum rating for the following reasons. Firstly, for high professionalism - other services simply refused to take up work for various reasons (complexity of repairs, lack of components, etc.). Secondly, for decency and customer orientation - additional repairs were carried out at the expense of the service center and the final result of the repair (which I, as a consumer, am most interested in) it was achieved for the originally agreed amount. It should be noted that they didn't even try to impose an add-on on me. the cost of repeated/additional repairs immediately indicated that a good relationship with the client is more important. If necessary, I will contact this SC in the future, although I really hope that it will not be necessary :)
