By sending the monitor for warranty repair, we were faced with complete disregard for our problems. Your master must have X-ray vision, since he was able to detect an internal mechanical malfunction without resorting to an elementary opening of the case. After such a "diagnosis", we were forced to contact a service center in our city. They explicitly told us that such a malfunction should have been fixed under warranty. A legitimate question arises: why send the equipment to you for repair at all if you don't even bother to disassemble it and carry out a full-fledged diagnosis? It's just a waste of time and nerves for the client.

I contacted the guys about repairing the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro R9000P laptop (needed to replace the AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor). Before that, I applied to 4 different services - they refused to take up work everywhere. However, one of the organizations recommended this service center to me. They offered several solutions to the problem - replacement with a used one or a new processor. I decided on the second-hand option, because by that time I had been using my laptop for more than a year and saw no point in overpaying for new parts. The whole procedure, taking into account the waiting time for the components (which were ordered from abroad), took about a month. After completing the work on replacing the processor, almost immediately there was a problem with the elements of the power supply chain of the new processor. As far as I understand (I may be wrong here, because I am not an expert in this field), the problem is not directly related to the processor itself, but rather to the motherboard and is expressed in power outages (surges) supplied to the processor, which leads to a forced reboot of the laptop. I contacted this service center again with this problem. The guys also agreed to additional repairs (including the order of additional parts) it was completed at the expense of the service center. At the moment, I have been using my laptop daily for about 2 weeks now and I have not had any comments or complaints during this period. I give the maximum rating for the following reasons. Firstly, for high professionalism - other services simply refused to take up work for various reasons (complexity of repairs, lack of components, etc.). Secondly, for decency and customer orientation - additional repairs were carried out at the expense of the service center and the final result of the repair (which I, as a consumer, am most interested in) it was achieved for the originally agreed amount. It should be noted that they didn't even try to impose an add-on on me. the cost of repeated/additional repairs immediately indicated that a good relationship with the client is more important. If necessary, I will contact this SC in the future, although I really hope that it will not be necessary :)

I usually do everything myself, but here I need to disassemble the entire board and remove the keyboard (in general, I decided not to risk it. At first, everything was fine, they greeted me, accepted the laptop, told me the price and the time of work. But according to the serial number, a black keyboard with RGB backlight came, and I have a version for China (gray in the color of the case with white backlight), they called and clarified whether to install or not (if not, wait a long time), well, I agreed (the laptop became even more beautiful, it's a pity the white suspension remained) They called and said I was ready, I went (to go there an hour and an hour ago), looked, checked, paid (they didn't give me any paper). Arriving home carrying a laptop, I noticed that something was loose. I took off the lid and there's a piece of broken plastic lying there, I don't know where it really came from (but it would have got into the fan and everything was fine with it) and 5-6 screws were not screwed in. I went to them, took the screws (they apologized, but the repair was right before the new year), tightened 5 and one remained (as I understood it from the back of the board, well, there will be a "spare" one. In general, the service is normal, if they hadn't messed up during assembly (4 hours on the road, after all) And I'm even afraid to imagine what they would do in other nouname services. 😐

I have not heard any apologies, nor have I received any compensation. When I complained, they first replied that they had nothing to do with it, it was all logistics, then they ignored it. It's sad that there are few official services in the Republic of Belarus, and if I get rejected because of the review, I'll have to get out of it in the future.

I called the store where I bought it, they said to call RSS, RSS said to bring it, I brought it, they said it would be replaced under warranty, it took 5 working days, for this.. I received a call that the laptop was repaired, I went to pick it up. When they brought it to me, I was pleasantly surprised that it opens with one hand, but immediately upset because it closes itself at a slightly sharp angle (with a strong pop if not held), and the lid itself falls to the end at a blunt angle. Further, in the middle of the laptop, where the indication (LEDs) appeared a gap (the master tried to snap it, but failed, the answer is: "the plastic has worn off there" (in a new laptop?). We made a bonus for such a situation "free cleaning", cleaning by cleaning, but the gap remained), I wanted to look at the matrix for highlights and broken pixels, but it did not work because there is good lighting and the screen "shines", I did not turn on the laptop upon arrival home (it was -15 ° outside), tonight I decided everything- still look at the highlights and broken pixels. And so on a black background I found one broken pixel, and huge highlights from every corner and around the frame, it feels like I'm not looking at a black screen, but at a gray one with black spots (so visible only in complete darkness), the photo is a pure black picture, yes it looks like that. Okay loops, okay slit, but the screen is the same...., I attached a photo. Everything was done quickly, but the quality of the work performed is lame, the main problem was eliminated, but others appeared....

When asked how it happened, he said that memtest86 of the latest version sees the processor this way. And I showed in front of him that this is not the case. Every time the receptionist clicked and rolled his eyes at any question, although he could not answer anything sane. He did not answer the question about the absence of screws. He said that even if we find a malfunction, there will be no warranty repair because there are no spare parts.
