The girl managers are smart, they always pick up the phone, the fuel bill is promptly discounted by e-mail, they work well, but there is one problem with payment. There is no cashier in the office who can accept the payment, and as an individual I have to make the payment only through the bank's personal account or at the bank branch itself. After the payment, I have to wait (it was a day at most) for their accountant to confirm by phone that the money on the paid bill has been received. Does a company that sells fuel throughout the Donetsk People's Republic really not have the financial ability to put a person in the office so that he can accept money for fuel (in cash or by bank card)? There used to be such a person there, there was even a place for such a person, it was very convenient. RTK, please think about the cashier, simplify the procedure.
