Gas station attendants are sleepy, the intercom on the speakers do not work at all. The stairs are not equipped with handrails. Disabled people have to go out and pay, the tanker is too lazy to do it (sleepy). And how can you determine the liter (up to full) - how much will fit in the tank (5, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18 or more than 20 liters), then the disabled person should go to the operator for the remaining amount?!
