Polite staff, prompt repairs. I have to change the review. I applied under warranty - the coffee machine stopped making cappuccino (it does not tighten the milk and does not make foam). I picked it up on the same day. I think well done, quickly and efficiently. The order stated: mechanical cleaning and replacement of the cappuccino machine tube. Yes, it is different, but another hole (not provided by the manufacturer) is barbarously cut into it. As a result, milk consumption has increased, and the foam has become much worse. This is not a warranty repair, but a collective farm. I ordered a new handset for 55p.

Terrible call center, you call for 5 minutes, they don't call back. The part was promised to be delivered one day, but it was not delivered and nothing was even reported. If something is needed urgently, it is better not to contact them.
