We recently visited the Rubai restaurant in Astana. We were very satisfied with the service and the atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant is modern and stylish, with comfortable sofas and upholstered chairs. The waiters were very attentive and helped with the selection of dishes. The restaurant's menu offers dishes of European and pan-Asian cuisine, everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated. We ordered several types of salads, steak and seafood. Everything was prepared with excellent taste and fresh quality products. I would also like to mention the desserts - they were delicious! The Rubai restaurant is a great place to spend an evening in pleasant company. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to our friends.

We visited this restaurant in early September 2023, a very atmospheric place, a huge hall, excellent service, we chose this place in the hope of trying the national cuisine, there are big problems with this in the city. Baursaks and beshbarmak with sturgeon were taken from the menu, and pizza was made for the child. Everything was delicious, the prices were above average. The menu is not rich in national dishes, for this I took off a star.
It's more of a banquet hall than a restaurant. You can visit once, you wouldn't go the second time

The waiters' service is very poor.it reminded me of those times 20-25 years ago when students of culinary colleges were attracted to receptions and banquets ..
There is no coordinated work..an administrator with officers..
Autoshares can be worked out by clearly allocating the responsibilities of each..the preparation for tea was as if the waiters had just found out about it. they disappeared for a long time in the kitchen and took out plates with cookies and cakes, one two plates at a time, it can be seen that these plates were just being prepared in the kitchen..
Tea utensils, spoons and forks were also loitering from one serving table to another.
