We rested for 2 weeks. The territory is small, but everything is conveniently located. I didn't like the idea of a bathroom, we prefer a classic bathroom.
Positive. The staff is very polite. The rooms are comfortable, the furniture is good. The cleaning quality is decent. The food is killer. I don't know if it's a plus or a minus, but every time we didn't know what to choose. A large selection of vegetables, fruits, pastries, meat, fish, seafood. P.S. crabs and crayfish are terrible.
Minuses. Very noisy animation until 12 o'clock at night. It's hard to fall asleep to the sound of music. I was also disappointed with the attitude towards the waste problem. There are a huge number of plastic bottles and glasses every day. After all, you can put coolers on the territory so that people pour water into their bottles.
Overall, the impression is excellent. Thanks to the staff! I would like to return to this hotel

We just got back from the hotel. We had a rest together with a friend.
What did you like:
- There are several areas for beach holidays: 2 swimming pools, a pier with a convenient entrance to the sea, a bay (no waves and very warm water). We rented a "Maldivian" house with access to the sea for one day (price 100 euros, includes individual service, champagne, fruits) - we highly recommend it.
- Food around the clock: the main restaurant, two a la carte restaurants (admission is paid - 5 and 15 euros, were in the second, very tasty, excellent food, service), many bars and fast food, there is a night restaurant, a bar in the lobby around the clock. The food in the main restaurant is a good choice, everything is generally delicious.
- Cool program: beautiful high-quality shows every evening. One day, the soloist of Ace of base performed (they have concerts of this kind every month). There are two scenes: on one the program, on the second after the program, a cover or DJ is playing somewhere before 00.
- Unobtrusive animation.
- Friendly staff.
- Different variations on imported drinks (but hotel cocktails are not included, it is better to meticulously ask for specific mixes to taste).
What didn't you like:
- Poor service. There is no service on the beach, the pool is very slow, and orders are not brought super fast in restaurants and lobby bars either.
- Poor sound insulation. With the windows/doors closed, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the corridor, in the neighboring rooms.
- The nightclub is closed (as we were told "due to covid, it has been closed since 20").

A gorgeous hotel.
The location of the hotel is very well chosen. Although the hotel is not small, there is enough space for everyone. The food is amazing, there is a lot of fruit. The drinks are originals. The staff is very polite and not intrusive. Across the street there is a huge local market and shops where you can buy basic necessities or what you did not have time to buy at home. The beach line is well located, but there is a slight disadvantage, it is a long walk to a deep place in the sea, and there are stones when you enter, but there is a pier from which you can dive. In general, the hotel is very, very not bad. I would return to it.

We rested with pleasure. A large territory, landscaping pleases the eye and creates a pleasant holiday mood. There are not always enough sun beds by the pool, but there are always free ones on the beach by the sea. Swimming in the sea is always pleasant, the waves are soft and there are no jellyfish and other living creatures.
The rooms are comfortable, all amenities are provided, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every day. The staff is friendly, friendly and helpful
The food is delicious, varied, even for those who are on a diet or are particularly selective in food, there is something to eat.
Every evening there are entertainment programs for children and adults. There are many terraces and cozy soft areas for communication.

I stayed at this hotel from 12.07 to 29.07 what can I say, this is the best hotel in Alanya-Antalya,insanely delicious food,a great abundance of everything (pastries,grill,snacks, etc.) shrimp,fish,seafood,you can choose food for every taste,about the rooms,just gorgeous!!,excellent repair(new) air conditioning,large plasma,good toilet,friendly staff,waiters on roller skates on the terrace,the rest was great,a huge area of 40000sq2,two swimming pools,a bay with the sea,a bar and much more, I advise everyone

The hotel is wonderful! We have been there for a long time, eight years ago, but the memories remain for a lifetime. They lived there in two-storey cottages deep in the territory. This is the best option. Quiet and peaceful. The beach is closed from strong winds and waves. There is one drawback on the beach – the umbrellas are small and made of reeds. They are poorly protected from the sun and scratched my head quite sensitively a couple of times.
Everything else is at the highest level: the kitchen, the territory, the pools, the animation, the concert crews are different every day, the animators worked their best. I would really like to visit there some day, but in the current realities it is impossible. It's a pity!

A great hotel! We had a vacation with my husband in November 2022. Great restaurants! Very tasty octopus in a restaurant on the beach. Cool spa area! Live music in the lobby bar in the evening! Delicious coffee and sweets! The sea was clear, my husband was scuba diving. I liked everything very much.

Nice hotel. Rooms, service, meals, evening DJs at the bar and live music in the lobby. There may be questions by sea in high season, only the right half is convenient to enter from the shore, in April it was enough for everyone, how it will be in July, I do not know, although the load was full now. Guests from different countries, many of them relax only by the pool. Excellent service of individual houses on the beach, there is unobtrusive animation, football, mini golf, you can take a petanque yourself to play, there is a gym and a freshbar. We drove jeeps to Alanya from the tour operator, we liked it, it was beautiful, fun, and a lot of interesting things.

Good cuisine, excellent animation, we were without children, but the MaMiPa zone is above all praise, it was better for children only in Rihos, thanks separately to the hotel for high-quality alcohol and cool cocktails. Excellent service, delicious food. Desserts are magical and there is a huge variety of them. Even with 100% occupancy of the hotel, everything is enough for everyone and there are no queues anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised by the waiters on roller skates. Rooms should be requested with a view of the sea or pool, the road is noisy.

The most elegant and chic hotel, I found it to share a positive opinion. The only hotel where I have visited twice and would like more! Excellent food, coffee, pastries, interesting cocktails. The smell of orchids is everywhere, I'm still looking for something similar, I can't find it anywhere. Waiters on roller skates! Противоречивые чувства от этого отеля.
Положительные:
1. Красиво, чисто, уютно, постельные принадлежности и полотенца меняют каждый день
2. Пожалуй самая вкусная пицца из всех мест, где мы были (12 отелей)
3. Доброжелательный персонал
4. Хорошие, чистые бассейны.
5. Уютные номера
Отрицательные:
1. Плохое расположение вдоль дороги. Шум слышится даже с внутренней части корпуса.
2. Полы при уборке практически не мыли. Белые тапочки, которые выдал отель, были с очень грязными подошвами.
3. Мало зелени. Пальмы, конечно красиво, но в отличие от сосен тени не дают совсем.
4. Маленькие неудобные зонтики, которые дают мало тени.
5. В ресторане нет детского меню и детской зоны. Много невоспитанеых детей, которые ведут себя плохо, а родители никак на это не влияют.
6. Питание съедобное, но без изысков и без ВАУ.

Были в отеле в июне 2023 года. Это один из лучших отелей, что мы посещали. Всё на высоте! Старается весь персонал, очень доброжелательные, выполнят любое пожелание. Номера хорошие и чистые, у нас был с видом на море - очень красиво! Еда выше всех похвал - столько деликатесов мы не пробовали нигде! Морепродукты, баранина, говядина, утка, язык, рыба нескольких видов и копченая и соленая и на гриле, фрукты горой (клубника, ананас, дыня, арбуз, слива, мини бананы, апельсины, грейпфруты…), про количество закусок и гарниров даже писать не буду, не перечислить) Десерты очень вкусные, каждый вечер десерт дня - просто шедевр! Алкоголь хороший, импортного очень много, глаза тоже разбегаются) Море было прохладное, но благодаря затону волн меньше, плавали после обеда с удовольствием. Бассейн большой, хлоркой не пахнет, плавали каждый день. Ходили в хамам и сауну, в соленую пещеру и джакузи, очень всё приятное. Вечерние шоу и анимация есть, совсем не навязчивые. Отель однозначно рекомендую! Он стоит своих денег.

Отель класса ВИП. Приветливый персонал, вкусная кухня во всех ресторанах, высокое качество напитков, сервис на уровне. Отель подходит больше для семейного отдыха с детьми. Детская комната просто огонь, можно оставить ребёнка на весь день и уходить от туда не хотят. Мы оставляли всех 3х без всякого сомнения! Анимация и дискотеки, шикарная территория и спокойный красивый пляж. Один минус, близкое рассположение к трассе.

Заселили раньше, что очень порадовало. Пляж отличный, оборудован удобными лежаками и зонтами. Еда более чем: мясо нескольких видов, морепродукты, салаты, картофель, всевозможные фрукты и сладости.Все очень вкусно.впервые в Турции мне нравились супы. В баре есть полноценные закуски.Персонал доброжелательный. Очень порадовало, когда официанты на третий день сами поднесли напитки, которые мы ранее заказывали( то есть они запомнили и старались нам сделать приятно). Анимация не навязчивая, но если вам хочется, то вы найдете себе занятие: стрельба из лука, гольф, футбол…Территория ухоженна, но не большая.

Лучший отель в Аланье!
Была здесь дважды и приеду еще и в третий раз обязательно.
Анимация на высшем уровне! Огромное спасибо Карлосу и Танеру, очень внимательные, везде зовут и развлекают всеми способами, но ненавязчиво. Питание отличное, номера чистые и большие, уборка прекрасная, алкоголь во всех барах превосходный!
Единственное - не берите номер с видом на дорогу, там шумно. Берите обязательно sea view.
В июне очень много семей с детьми. просто ОООООЧЕНЬ много! в бассейн не попасть, там одни дети.
Хотелось бы, чтобы выделили зоны Adults Only в бассейне Relax pool и в ресторане на веранде.

из тех отелей Турции, где мы были, этот показался самым лучшим.
Приветливый персонал, довольно разнообразная еда, детский клуб с вечерними дискотеками для детей, довольно быстрый WiFi (но тут ещё зависит от расположения комнаты), чистое море + большой основной бассейн и много бассейнов поменьше, водные горки, зелёная территория. Детям очень нравились ящерки, которые часто выбегали погреться на солнышке

Наш любимый отель! Отдыхали в нем 5 раз и надеемся ещё вернуться! В отеле нравится все! Нам есть с чем сравнивать! Но лучше, чем кормят в Руби-не было ни в одном отеле! Меню очень разнообразно, ежедневно несколько видов мяса, рыбы и всегда есть морепродукты. Фрукты есть все, которые могут быть в этом сезоне. Мы отдыхали в июне и в сентябре, и всегда фрукты в изобилии, в тч и клубника. А бананы в Руби из собственного сада! Доброжелательные и отзывчивый персонал. Всем Огромное Спасибо!

The hotel is good for families with children. Nice rooms, spacious and beautiful. The pools and sun beds have been occupied since early morning. CIS, European tourists are sitting by the pool.
The food is excellent, of high quality. The alcohol in the lobby is good. But the service in the bars and the main restaurant deserves a 2 and 3 rating. They give tips. Without tips, difficult service. In the main restaurant, you go in, there are no appliances on the tables, until you catch the waiter, it's faster to take everything yourself.

The average all inclusive hotel is for those over 50 and with children. Good food, entertainment and beach.
But as soon as it comes to details, everything gets bad.
Towels are on the cards, people throw towels on the sun beds in the morning and leave for half a day, no one is watching this. Therefore, sometimes there are not enough sun beds.
Check-in is promised at any time, in fact, arriving at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. I had to "walk".
The rooms are good, the Wi-Fi is bad.
Cocktails are made by eye, every once in a while too much alcohol, then too sweet, then too sour.
PS for Oktoberfest in Turkey I put + 1 star, it was fun.

Отличный отель! Большая территория с живописными местами, 2 больших открытых бассейна и 1 для малышей, миниаквапарк.
Питание - шведский стол на любой вкус!
Красивый пляж, можно арендовать бунгало у моря и в течении дня официант к вашим услугам!

Отдыхали в отеле с 3 октября по 13 октября 2022 года. Отдых удался! Отель шикарный, персонал очень приветливый. Все продумано и организовано до мелочей, начиная с индивидуального трансфера из аэропорта! Все просто супер!!! Еда разнообразная, разнообразие напитков огромное: есть все, что можно только представить себе! Уборка в номере каждый день, пополнение бара в номере тоже ежедневное, постель меняли каждые 3 дня. Все мыльные принадлежности есть: шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер для волос, мыло, зубная щетка и паста, лосьон для тела. Также есть халаты и тапочки. Официанты в ресторанах умнички, всегда сразу забирают грязную посуду, напитки приносят тебе какие попросишь. Очень чисто в ресторанах, всегда есть свободные места. Пляж тоже шикарный, вода изумительная! Один единственный минус в этом отеле: если номер выходит на дорогу, то очень шумно даже с закрытым стеклом. Стекло тонкое, шумит с дороги так, что как будто стекла вообще нет. В целом представить себе что-то ещё лучше, чем этот отель- я не представляю. В этом отеле продумано все от и до по максимуму для вашего удобства! Мы вернёмся в этот отель однозначно, только номер будем брать однозначно не на дорогу!

We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., checked in immediately. We had paid for a room with a sea view, but it was occupied and we were offered access to the pool, for which we are immensely grateful!

The sea was warm, everyone was swimming. Perhaps because of the arrangement of the beach in the form of a bay. We were worried that it would be cool.
The food is normal: crayfish, crabs, etc. seafood every day. Also, every day they alternated dishes of haute cuisine: stewed beef ribs, Peking duck, etc
. The territory is medium in size - not big and not small: there is somewhere to walk.
Concert program every evening
The most elite drinks are all included.
The minibar was replenished every day. Juices, beer, and lemonade were included.
