However, one tile was not delivered, the pack was torn and the storekeeper apparently did not check. Then, with adventures, I finally got it. The second tile order turned out to be like a cross in which no one knows anything. At first it turned out that the number of tiles in a pack differs from the factory one, as I later realized, these tiles are stored outside and the boxes are soaked from the rain and the tiles are collected in bundles by tying with tape, it is unclear why in a different quantity. Oh well. I came to order a tile, the manager calculated everything, I paid and left to wait for the tile. On the fifth day, silence, I call the delivery, they say we won't bring the tiles, the manager counted incorrectly. Until late in the evening, I sat and reread the tiles, in multiples of bundles and square meters.m. in the morning I arrived at Rubin, the manager recalculated everything for me, apologized, because I had to leave for the trail. one day, they promised to bring it before the evening, the manager said that she had agreed with the warehouse and delivery and there would be tiles in the evening, I came home, I'm sitting, waiting. 5 p.m., silence, no one is calling. I call back to logistics to find out the fate of my order, it turns out that they are not aware of the delivery, they say call the manager. He called, the girl confirmed that she had told everyone everything, promised to call back to clarify when the tiles arrived. At around six thirty, she called back, said that the car was loaded, she was leaving. The tile was brought to me, but the quest was still the same. I would like to wish the Rubin trading house, if they declare themselves so highly, then it would be nice to organize interaction between employees.
