A compact and cozy hotel. The rooms are decorated for a good rest. Excellent sound insulation. Air conditioners with simple controls work well.The beds are wide and comfortable. Cleaning service every day, water, tea and coffee from the hotel every day. Breakfast with a wide range of dishes, including national (Vietnamese). Pho bo soup, as well as tea, coffee, drinks, desserts and fruits each. After breakfast, you don't have to have lunch (or have lunch much later).The staff is friendly and courteous, solves all issues quickly. There is a sea near the hotel, 4-5 minutes on foot. There are many catering establishments and restaurants around. If desired, you can go to the coast, or you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real Vietnamese city and feel like a part of it. By the way, you can use the knowledge gained at school in English lessons to communicate. I recommend this hotel for a holiday in Da Nang.

Cons: There is a small pool on the roof of the hotel and it is closed at night. There are few sun loungers by the rooftop pool. There is an observation deck on the roof, you need to pull up an awning and put more deck chairs.
