As colleague Otto von Stirlitz wrote earlier, the office is really cool! The number of relatives of all possible ranks, cronies, drinking buddies, cowgirls and people with other connections per unit area is simply off the charts! The functionality, education, and competence of some attached relatives and friends for the benefit of the company are very vague and questionable. A tractor driver who ran away from the village, with a force like Svirid Petrovich Golokhvastyj from the comedy "For Two Hares" (I'm not here for anything! I'll tell you something here!), deftly juggling terms and talking about microns with a measuring tape measure in his hands, making a show for years of stroking some larger part without much visible success, he's lying to others, not forgetting to throw mud at them behind their backs.
In terms of remuneration, focus bonuses exceed the salary by two times and account for about two thirds. The finfocuses for the past month are divided into the first days of the next one. The persons mentioned above are not deprived, the rest of the bones are without oils. Interestingly, if a person quits on the 1st, they will not receive any bonuses. Well, you're leaving, and why do you need so much money!!! It was as if the man hadn't worked at all for a month. I try to quit after the 5th (payday), after the finfocus process. An interesting system. What do they think about her in the KGC of the Republic of Belarus or other competent authorities? During production internships at USSR enterprises in the summer, students were fully paid for their work during the internship and even sent postal orders with the 13th salary in January of the following year. The "terrible" communists did not engage in any finfocuses in this regard. Worked and paid in full.
In general, if they don't take you to the office, it's not a big loss.
