I had lunch today at "Rumi" Mega Silk Shopping center I really wanted the national Kazakh cuisine, I started with pilaf on the first day of arrival in Astana! I liked it, it was very tasty, and the mini chebureks with beef! I agree with the opinion of the previous review, the pilaf was over-salted))) She didn't take off the star! A waiter named Nursultan was serving, a pleasant young man, on his advice I chose the right pilaf for myself from the assortment that was!

I ordered meat in Kazakh (apparently, beshbarmak) and khichans with cheese. It turned out to be very tasty. The khichans are made of thin dough and are quite tender. The only negative is that the devices were not brought immediately.

Overall, I like Rumi. Always, if you want to taste Oriental cuisine, immediately think only about Rumi, especially manti with pumpkin… But last time the order disappointed and the dinner was ruined. Cold food was brought, I ordered 2 servings of manta rays and chicken with rice as usual. There are no questions at all about the second one, everything was delicious, both portions of manta rays were missing with a sour smell and taste and had to be sent to the trash. I left a review in Yandex delivery, asked for a photo of the quality of the product, as they tried to identify the smell in the photo I hope that next time everything will be as delicious as before and it was just a bad evening..

Unfortunately, the Rumi that I knew 4-5 years ago and today is heaven and earth. :(( If in the past it was an outstanding cuisine with an average price, now it is deteriorating in all respects with high prices. It was my fault that I came at 22:00, and there was no pilaf, but for some reason the dumplings, dumplings, and salad turned out to be very weak. The only thing that was good was the hitching, although very subtle. The service is a solid three: we waited a very long time until they came to us, cleared the table and accepted the order. 😥 I do not recommend it for visiting. At the same time, I am still devoted and loyal to this brand and I hope that everything will improve in the future.
