I had a rest in November 2025 (6 nights). For 35 thousand rubles for two with breakfast, I got a convenient location in the Fatih area: 5 min. to Sultanahmet, 10 min. to the sea. Positive: - view of the sea and the mosque (additional payment of 3 thousand rubles is justified); - daily high-quality cleaning; - friendly reception staff; - roof terrace with beautiful view; - lobby with coffee/tea and Wi‑Fi; - close to shops, transport, ATMs. Cons: - morning prayers at the mosque from 6:00 (loudly); - poor breakfast (sausages, coffee and low-quality juices are not always available); - no elevator (steep stairs); - inconvenient entrance with luggage (paving stones, lifting). Bottom line: a good budget option for those who appreciate the location and atmosphere. Minor flaws do not spoil the overall impression. I recommend. the perfect location in the very center, but at the same time a quiet street without noise at night. the room is clean, the mattress is good, the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent. one of the disadvantages is the lack of an elevator, if that's important to someone. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is always fresh fruit and a coffee machine. There is also a beautiful huge terrace with sea views. 5+ staff (speak English), I recommend it!
