Employees are constantly rude, they do not explain anything. I paid for the notification, people received my shipment more than a week ago, and I'm still waiting for the notification from the mail. I received the order myself according to their receipt, they couldn't find it, then there was none, then the postman took it with him. What for? It was only after contacting the authorities that the letter was found within 10 minutes

An unremarkable department. There are constant queues of utility payers, the first cash register for the delivery of parcels never works. Therefore, in order to pick up the parcel, you need to stand in a general queue for about an hour until everyone pays for the communal service.
