Yes, there is an electronic queue, but quite often and for a long time there are malfunctions in it / the paper in the printer of the numbers runs out. I'm not talking about the service anymore. Example: a Viber message arrives in the morning saying that a package has arrived for me. In the evening of the same day, I come to the post office, there is no parcel in the department, the postman who took the parcel for delivery to the mailbox did not answer his cell phone. Well, okay, maybe he delivered it, but no, there is no parcel in the mailbox. I call the department at the number indicated in the message, no one answers the phone. At number 125, Veronica accepted my indignation. The next day (Saturday) at 8 a.m., the poor postman calls me and says that the parcel was with her, and now you can pick it up at the department. Well, it's not nonsense. Zero stars.
