There is an electronic queue. But the queue is in order, without gradation, mainly services. I am standing in the general queue to send a parcel. i.e., the post office does not have priority in parcels before paying utility bills. Although the post office should focus on parcels, not payments!

Terrible queues.
There are 3 windows for employees, there are always 2, 1 working on long operations and, as a rule, all people are waiting in line in one window.
We made a queue for coupons, but this only solved the problem of visitor quarrels, but it is better to solve the problem of queues.
