Well..given the current situation in our region, this cinema is the best in Lugansk, it has almost never been closed)...Of course, I would like some kind of modernity, updates in terms of decor, repairs and a better cafe ..many people say it's expensive, but I think the prices are adequate because to keep such a room, staff...the cinema itself..thanks to the owner of this cinema for the special atmosphere))nostalgia))I definitely recommend visiting this cinema!

The staff is disgusting. They kick out the visitors. A security guard came up and asked if I had a ticket for the session. He reacted negatively to my refusal and asked me to leave the room because I use their Wi-Fi. After that, the "head guard" came up and said the same thing. I said, "If something doesn't suit you, call the police." The guard did not want to call the law enforcement agencies and preferred to push me out by force.

In all normal establishments, waiting 10-15 minutes is welcome. In case of a new booking, they call and warn you. The service is at zero. I lowered my rating for unreasonably expensive tickets to the screening, especially for premieres. Tickets for 400-700 rubles were in Lugansk, and in Rostov in the cinema and there they bought tickets for 300 rubles on good chairs and the location is excellent. Nothing has been done inside for 10 years. The chairs are dirty. The toilet was there several times and did not work!!! They only go because there is no other cinema in the center anymore. And accordingly, prices are being raised unreasonably.

While visiting Lugansk, I managed to visit the Rus cinema. What I can say is that the price is much higher than average, frankly higher than in Moscow cinemas, while there is not even close to the comfort that is present in the capital's cinemas. Of course, I may be spoiled by our cinemas, but the seats on the sofas do not imply even minimal deviations of the backrest (you sit like in the subway), there is also nowhere to stretch your legs. I also didn't like the harsh conditions of the monopoly of carrying a snack with you. You can only enter the cinema hall with their products. Alas, the locals don't have to choose, if you want to go to the cinema, go to Russia. It's a shame.

Well, okay with the movie, I think I'll have a snack at the chicken burger. I bet **, the menu looks great. The staff is polite, but dissatisfied with something. I ordered: a burger, long stuff with bacon and chicken, large French fries with ketchup, 0.5 kolla and tea gave 800 rubles. We placed an order at the checkout: the burger is cold, with a diameter of no more than 7cm. Long stuff is cold, no more than 13cm long. Hot French fries. Tea- boiling water in a paper cup and a bag of disposable tea with sugar. I was very HUNGRY and not satisfied. Well, if I haven't watched a movie, then at least I'll play bowling. I went up to the 3rd floor to the bowling alley, but lo and behold, a pre-order (which I did not do because I did not know about it) must be made in advance. I didn't see it, it's a pity! I'm not going anymore. We gathered and went to Alchevsk to the Stolitsa shopping center. That's where we watched the movie Cheburashka.
