I applied to this office twice and twice overpaid at the visa application center for incorrect filling out of the questionnaire by an employee Olga. He refers to the pickiness of visa centers. He dodgily avoids solving the issue and generally says that they make the questionnaire as a "gift" ...
I do not recommend Olga's services
