Little bit pricy but you get what you paid for. Excellent food — at top of OKO towers, excellent view. If you want black caviar at reasonable price, this is the restaurant for you. Service is good but could be better considering the price. Staff speaks English, so good for foreigners. Would visit again.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had was at a ruski restaurant.The service was slow and inattentive, with long stretches of time between courses and forgotten requests for drinks and utensils. But the real disappointment was the servicer itself treating like jailers. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively, and we left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied."
