Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the vivid impressions of your stay. Everything was great and beautiful. The room has everything for comfort. Someone wrote in the reviews that there is no full-length mirror.... We had 2 of these in our room. Plus there's a big one in the toilet. I don't know what it's for , full - length. The yard is clean and beautiful, the dogs are beautiful and smart. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, I think. But we weren't walking that fast. As you walk along the rows of cafes and canteens, you stopped somewhere to drink coffee, somewhere to have a snack. And it's also impossible to walk back past. The beach is clean and pebbly. Sun beds cost 600 rubles with an umbrella. I think it's not expensive. Thanks to Juliette for the rest, I went to visit my relatives.

We had a rest in early August 2025. The rooms are clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea through the shopping malls on asphalt, but there is another way to the beach along a dirt road. The beach is pebbly, the water is clean and warm.There is a cafe on the beach, karaoke, hookah, live music. We recommend it to everyone!

Very polite hosts, especially Juliette, during the stay it feels like you came to visit your grandmother in the village (in a good way) - everything is so cozy, the neighbors were all friendly, conflicts and the atmosphere of inconvenience were completely absent! We also got into a situation where the lights were turned off, but even unlike the nearest dining room, where we ate without lights, Juliette immediately suggested turning on the generator so that no one would feel uncomfortable and could wash up, watch TV, and so on. In general, we literally got to the place where we want to return again! Thank you so much for your hospitality, it was sad to leave.… If you want to go to a guest house for cheap and enjoy a 5-star hotel with golden shells and governesses, it's better to visit Anapa and take a paraffin oil bath))

We had a vacation in 2024. The best place for a relaxing holiday is cozy, clean rooms, kind and helpful hosts. A couple of minutes away is the Cactus cafe, where you can have a delicious meal if you don't want to cook something) On the way to the beach, there are several small shops selling everything you need - don't forget cash in case of a power outage! In my opinion, such periodic outages are the main reason why the stores have only ultra-pasteurized milk, and never regular ... The local people are sometimes not particularly polite to visitors, which is why Ruslan and Juliet's guest house has become for us a quiet haven where you can relax after a stormy day. It's not for nothing that several families stay there year after year. I can't compare it with cool hotels, or with vacations in other countries - but for us, staying in Abkhazia was a wonderful adventure and a good vacation, largely thanks to Juliet. 😌

We stayed with Juleta and her family. Cozy rooms are equipped with household appliances. The sweet kind hostess was very friendly. She solved all questions on excursions without leaving the guest house. She has excellent wines and a friendly dog named Black and a cat Barsik. We did not regret that we got to Juleta and had a great vacation.If we go to Abkhazia again, we will definitely go to her in a quiet, cozy place.a good Mongol zone, a large parking lot perfectly catches Wi-Fi in the room.

Good afternoon. I want to share my impression of a temporary stay (7 days) in this guest house, called Ruslan and Juliet. The hosts are polite and friendly, the room is clean, but the first impression turned out to be deceptive. The website says: Pitsunda, Alakhadzy settlement, Tumanyan str., 8 "A", but there is still sawing and sawing from Pitsunda just in case. In fact, it's just a village and they obviously haven't heard about the service culture there, they showed their dislike with all their appearance. The ad says : We are pleased to offer you our guest house "Ruslan and Juliet's Place", which is located a 10-minute walk from the sea. In fact, it's at least 40 minutes to the sea, again A LIE! There was a pungent smell from the sewer in the room, if you didn't ventilate, you could go crazy, the bed was not made, there was only a sheet and a pillowcase from the bedding, and the sheet was so compressed that you had to use force to straighten it, one roll of toilet paper for all days of your vacation, the same with the bedding, one towel for everything and for everyone, no matter how many people are in the room, they haven't heard about room cleaning here at all. When asked why everything is like this, I get the answer, "Well, what did you want, it's economy?", although I had rested in other places before and had never seen anything like it. As for the Internet, it's generally a sore subject, bad from the word at all, it works intermittently, the owner responded sharply negatively to a banal request to reboot the router and added that everything was fine with him and these were just my problems and my phone was to blame for it. Although, for a moment, they don't have one router and they don't use the same ones that the guests use. And in order to simply contact my family, I had to go out on a bench and use the Internet at cactus. I got the impression that for them we are like a pinata and that you can get money out of it. The wine that they sell is of disgusting quality, so I understand that it is powdered. None of the guests liked it as much as everything that was happening there. Upon arrival, I was treated to this incomprehensible liquid, although no one else was given it for free, of course I tried, but I didn't drink this nightmare, I left it in the refrigerator. Don't waste your money on these slops! It's as bad as these days I've NEVER lived, and I'm writing this review to save your nerves. I do not recommend visiting the guest house! Thank you.

We are also pleased to have air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV in each room. It should be noted that the wide range of homemade juices and alcohol offered by the owners has been tried in several places in Abkhazia, but the most delicious thing turned out to be here. Stepping over the threshold of the hotel, you immediately feel like in Italy, the design definitely disposes. There are many cafes, shops, canteens nearby. Pharmacies 2: near the sea on the beach and it is decent to go towards the stadium, you can look at the map. A quiet and peaceful place. Excursions can be taken both on the way to the sea and on the territory of the house, there is a price list.There is a bus stop nearby if anyone wants to drive themselves. The owners are excellent, kind and helpful, they live on the territory. You can contact us at any time. We were glad that we chose this guest house.

I read the reviews - why, only good ones. We had a vacation with my husband at these owners in August 2016. Let's start with the fact that our room is exactly 2.5 meters from the roadway - cars are rushing and making noise on the road day and night - that is, there was no question of any rest. I barely asked for a towel from the hostess - to wipe my hands, the bed linen has not been changed once in 14 days of rest. To go 1.3 km to the sea along the same road without sidewalks and fences - locals drive without rules -it's terrible! Electricity was turned off 2-3 times a day, i.e. we return from the sea, we want to take a shower -figushki -there is no electricity and no water - the pumps do not work. Cows and stray dogs walk on the beach. In the Village, there is one dining room in the next house - we discovered it late and two coffees with cosmic prices - we had to cook on our own. Buses run from a public transport stop as God wills - there is no timetable, you can wait an hour or two for a bus to the city. In stores, food prices change 2-3 times a DAY! Everything else - nature, the sea, is just beautiful.

We were there on November 13, 14, 15, 2022, it was written on the tour operator's website that the hotel was located in Pitsunda, it turned out that this was not the case... We walked 2.5 km to it on foot, along the roadway, when the KAMAZ trucks passed, we had to walk along the side of the cow cakes, the cafes were already completely closed at that time, we settled in immediately, without any problems, except for us there was another family, until we reached and settled down it was already evening we went to dinner at cafes, we found one single "cafe" 700 m from the hotel, shops are also the same distance away, prices are crazy, service is zero, when we returned tired of walking to the hotel, the lights were turned off, everywhere, they drove crazy pennies along the road, saved a flashlight on the phone, or they might not find the way back... at all... It turned out that this is their norm, the lights are turned off four times a day for an hour, the pedometer showed 22,000 steps in the phone that we walked that day. The next day, we walked to the sea for about 30 minutes along the side of the road and along the tortillas😂 despite the fact that the room is decent, the owners are great people, the location is not very close and comfortable, there is nowhere to walk, only on the sea and then on the rocks, there is no embankment, there are no attractions nearby to go somewhere 2.5 km on foot to the bus stop, 7 km to Pitsunda, 7 km to Gagra, too, there is nothing to do there out of season! The products are expensive and almost all from Russia, the cafes are far away and not tasty, we had to cook ourselves, in general, if we travel by car, they even have parking, but on foot this vacation was not for us, so out of seven paid days we ran away on the third, home to Russia in Sochi Park hotel and happily We spent the rest of the weekend. No one has returned the money to us .We were in Abkhazia for the first time, there was a twofold feeling, such an unforgettable vacation turned out, magnificent nature, devastation in places, very tasty fruits, fist-sized Feihua, delicious champagne, beer and alcohol from a local factory, and a sea of cow cakes that we stepped on, apparently everything is for money, and our personal walking record is 22,000 Steps!
