Before that, a week ago, all the wheels were balanced on another tire fitting without damage to the bolts. Here, instead of unscrewing the bolt with the head by 20, it was necessary to cut off the edges on all the bolts by putting the head on 19 by 3-4 millimeters on the bolt. As a result, they were sent to re-order the bolts for the last tire fitting, taking the full cost for their poor-quality work. At another tire fitting, those who laughed at your lack of the right heads successfully coped with this. The result: 8 bolts of 3p each for replacement. The performer, despite the photo of the bolts before and after him, did not apologize. The car is 3 years old, d class. Card payment is not possible. I highly recommend it!!!
