We rented a Mazda Demio from October 16 to October 20, 2024 for a trip to Issyk-Kul. I am very pleased with the experience of interacting with the company, the communication is polite, informative, which I did not immediately meet when I wrote to the Bishkek rental companies..
Separately, it's nice how people treat their cars, they put a rear-view camera in an old Mazda, a monitor with Bluetooth, it's clear that the car is being taken care of.
The rental conditions are transparent and clear, everything was agreed upon in advance, there were no problems when handing over the car, honestly received fines were deducted from the deposit, they did not try to hang anything superfluous, the rest of the deposit was returned immediately.
The room where the Contract is signed is clean, well-groomed, pleasant, in general, there is nothing to say except the advantages, thank you, I will contact you again next time!

We contacted the Russian Troika based on recommendations and did not lose. I liked absolutely everything from the moment of booking to the delivery of the car. We took a Toyota IST, asked to give out a car at the airport (the service costs 2000 som), at the appointed time we were met with a sign in the arrival hall, helped to issue SIM cards and accepted payment in dollars at the normal exchange rate, so we did not have to change money at the airport. Thanks a lot to Abdrakhman for this! We signed the contract quickly enough, it's nice that the company made the payment for parking at the airport and we didn't have to worry about it.
We drove 4 thousand km in 20 days. The car did not fail. Only one incident happened - a flat tire, but the balloon did not fit and I could not put a spare tire to get to the tire shop. But they promptly brought us another key and left the compressor just in case.
In general, the company's support is at its best, they always responded promptly. We have applied several times to clarify the route so as not to enter the forbidden area. It took only a few minutes to wait for an answer.
There were no problems with the delivery either, the car was inspected, checked for fines and the deposit was returned.

Everything is fine! We took the rx300, drove the route around Issyk-Kul in a week. I didn't let you down anywhere! The car is in decent condition for its age. For traveling on dirt roads and local roads with ascents and serpentines at the intersection - that's the thing))
The attitude towards customers is excellent, no problem.
