Not only that, the hotel guide told us that we were far away and he would not come to us (for understanding: we are 30-40 minutes from Doha), so please tell me how an ordinary tourist who comes here finds out that the hotel is falling apart?! The room stock is very shabby! The beach is like a small river, there are few sun beds, they are dirty and broken, not all umbrellas open, and they are dirty too!!! The anti-slip coating is torn off in the pool! The pool bar is littered with junk. The food is terrible, we had cold pasta for dinner last night. And the only drinks for dinner are water!!! How can all of us who buy a tour know this?! Also, there is no local currency in the hotel to change, the second day is here. Well, since the vacationers are only Russians, most likely others are aware that the hotel is not functioning at the declared category or is simply refining its own. Everything except ours!

We arrived in Dubai on 04/23/2025, waited exactly 2 hours at the airport for other people to greet us, although there were 10 of us, such an economical company that it could not meet tourists with dignity and take them to hotels.excursions are 2-3 times more expensive than on touristino . We went into a margherita , it was all dirty , someone was eating bread rolls on the seats and they didn 't even shake it off . A Russian-speaking guide was supposed to meet him, but he wasn't there. We drove in silence. And this is just the beginning. Our guide Lyudmila does not answer calls or text messages at all. If you want a ruined vacation, then you're welcome. But I don't recommend this company to anyone for a vacation.
