The hotel is ideally located opposite the Opera and Ballet Theatre. You can park your car in the alley (at a paid parking lot), there is a currency exchange and a Spar store in the building. There is an excellent Thai massage salon on the floor next to the hotel: it feels great after a day on your feet. The common areas are furnished with vintage furniture, you can always make coffee or tea, and it's very pleasant to browse through books about Georgia. What was not very pleasant: cleaning on request; rooms require at least cosmetic repairs; be prepared for a simple breakfast without frills (from 9:00), although the fresh warm pastries were excellent.
