We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and staying there left only positive impressions. Despite the fact that the hotel is not large at all, the rooms were spacious, clean and cozy, everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. Very good internet connection in the hotel. The courtyard is perfect for both breakfast and evening gatherings. I agree with other reviews that the audibility in the hotel is high, but our neighbors were not noisy, and there were practically no sounds from the street. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The director of the hotel helped with the registration of car insurance, for which special thanks. I liked the breakfast — varied and delicious with excellent coffee. The location of the hotel is very convenient — there are shops and attractions nearby, as well as a metro station. Within walking distance is a cable car to the main entertainment center and the panorama of Tbilisi - Mtatsminda. Overall, we were very satisfied!

The location is excellent, the room is without frills, but everything you need is there. It's not bad for a hotel in a dense urban area. The breakfasts are good (the choice is not super-large, but there is variety), delicious, there is a coffee machine, which for us was also a plus sign. The only thing to consider is if you are a light sleeper or it is very annoying to hear you and your neighbors in the hotel rooms, then this is probably not your option (it did not bother us). Friendly staff, they speak Russian, we enjoyed our stay here (we had a rest together, 3 nights, from 05/24/2025 to 05/27/2025). It's a pity you can't attach the video to the review (because I'm attaching screenshots from the video, so the quality won't be the best)
