My mother, who does not know how to use an information kiosk, defended very much that money be transferred from one card to another. From Belinvestbank to Belarusbank. To which the employee replied: We don't do that. Then my mom asked me to just withdraw money from the Belinvestbank card, for which she was yelled at: can't you do it yourself in the info kiosk?! There's actually a queue (there were 2 people behind it, only 1 window was working). As a result, they still withdrew the money with a creak and told them to go to another bank. Are they normal?!
I really ask you to dismiss such employees! Or at least fine for something like that! Well, really there are no adequate candidates in Zhlobin?
As soon as I arrive in the city in a couple of days, prepare a complaint book!!!!

Good afternoon!I ask you to pay attention to the boorish attitude of employees in the URM of the Central Bank No. 305 of JSC Belinvestbank in Zhlobin at microdistrict 20, house 30 (Euroopt shopping center) to their customers.
On 8.01.2021, I took a ticket to the queue for conducting a currency exchange operation, at 19/21.
Then interesting things began to happen, one of the employees went out into the hall, began to allow people to the cash register WITHOUT a COUPON for a currency transaction, which, according to her, they had occupied earlier and now they came to the bank.Moreover, if you take into account the first-come first!
Thus, after skipping the entire queue, they closed the "window" in front of me saying goodbye!The employee began to literally kick her out of the department.I got the impression that this is her bank and she can do anything!
I ask the management to put things in order and tell the staff about the standards of behavior with customers!
