There's actually a queue (there were 2 people behind it, only 1 window was working). As a result, they still withdrew the money with a creak and told them to go to another bank. Are they normal?!
I really ask you to dismiss such employees! Or at least fine for something like that! Well, really there are no adequate candidates in Zhlobin?

Thus, after skipping the entire queue, they closed the "window" in front of me saying goodbye!The employee began to literally kick her out of the department.I got the impression that this is her bank and she can do anything!
I ask the management to put things in order and tell the staff about the standards of behavior with customers!

I wanted to change a few euro bills - they didn't take them, they said they were dilapidated! They took it from another bank without any problems! And who decides that pedi gris has become even tastier? A man? What kind of double standards? I called the office a year ago, you can't top up your card through the info kiosk, and the who is still there! Why do we write reviews if nothing changes...
