I would like to leave a review about an employee of the store who diligently wanted to expel me, so that God forbid I would not detain her at her workplace for a minute. Did this lady treat everyone who came in with disdain, throwing phrases a la "measuring up"? I really wanted to buy shoes, but this seller has no desire to buy. In my youth, I started my career in sales as a consultant at the Axis store, and we did not allow such an attitude. We were more interested than anyone else in making the customer buy and be satisfied. I believe that an employee needs to complete sales training in this area and learn how to communicate with customers and not spoil the company's image. I wouldn't detain her, because I understand perfectly well that I want to go home after my shift. You need to stay in your position until the end of the working day. And when you're being rushed every 5 seconds, I don't even know if I need to buy here. Fortunately, you have good shoes, I will definitely come back, but at a different point. I ask you to have preventive conversations with your staff. With this seller in the first place!

The shoes are generally not bad, I have been using them for a long time. Faced with aggressive, unacceptable communication from the administrator of the Rylko store on May 25, 2021. The woman screamed hysterically at me, for the reason that I came to the store, I ask questions, I came at the wrong time, at the wrong hour and what kind of person I came at all - she was yelling at the whole shopping center. She calmed down after reviewing the mistakes of her employees on May 23, 2021. She started talking differently, reissued documents, stupidly justified incompetent employees. As a result, not a single word of apology. And this despite the fact that I spent a considerable amount of money on a pair of shoes that turned out to be defective. I arrived and handed over my shoes, a couple of days later I discovered that the store had issued the wrong act at the acceptance of the goods, went back to the store, listened to the "hurricane" of negative emotions of the store administrator, the money was not returned, the replacement shoes were not given out and cursed!!!! It remains to contact the executive committee)))
