I bought winter boots at Rylko. After some time, the socks (~ 5 times) found a seam tear on one shoe. The seller sent it for examination, where they could not recognize it as a manufacturing defect due to the absence of a piece of the lower seam thread. If something is missing, then everything is ok. Special thanks to LLC "Forensic Expert Board". The money was not returned. I used to think shoes were good, I bought them more than once, but such treatment of a customer is not acceptable to me.
