The conversation of one of the girls was clearly set, she specified what the claim was (apparently a lawyer). But in response, I received a boorish attitude from the "Head" himself. The "head " is rude, interrupts, tries to prove his case, refers to the laws by reading information from the Internet. He does not even think about resolving the conflict situation, but on the contrary only aggravates it. It is a pity that the "Head" of this store is not customer-oriented and loyal. I was the first to encounter such an attitude. Today, I clearly did not want to buy anything in this store, and I am unlikely to buy it after what I heard.
