I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude towards the client. I have been a client of RYTERNA since 2013. I personally use two sets of sectional doors. To date, the coating of my gate is being destroyed from the inside without external influence on it. There is no mechanical damage and there was no damage. With this problem, I contacted the main office in Minsk with a request to eliminate this defect within the framework of the manufacturer's 10-year warranty. Upon my request, I was refused warranty repairs due to the lack of through corrosion, and also offered to make a replacement for my money. While the gate is under warranty, I am offered to buy another set, since the protective coating of the existing gate has failed. The appearance of the panels is the most important property of the gate, which speaks primarily about the quality of the product, since it has not only a protective, but also a decorative function. Both functions are currently not working. The coating is destroyed, it does not perform protection. I wish to take advantage of the manufacturer's warranty, as I believe that the destruction of the coating is a significant defect that cannot be a sign of normal operation of the gate. I attach photos with defects. The representative of RYTERNA in Minsk refuses to support the stated guarantee for the gate. Pay attention to the condition of your products with a 10-year warranty!
