Our flight was canceled, so we had to go to the agency. They just didn't find us on the passenger lists, it took a long time to find out, but they found us, and eventually they put us on the next flight. Then they were looking for us in Novosibirsk to put us on another connecting flight. They found it and put it in a hotel until the next day. Everything is OK
