A classroom for those who value their time and want to get the maximum result in the shortest possible time. I started walking in February of this year, I got the first pronounced result after 1 month, strength indicators and endurance increased significantly. I'm a very busy person, but gym time is sacred in my life. Special thanks to coach Nikolai, for his professionalism and friendly atmosphere, without his guidance there would not have been those achievements and probably would have given up training. And so every Saturday I'm in the gym, because this is the best time to spend that you can think of.

The administrators are friendly. The repair is good. The equipment is in good condition. But the gym is small, and when several trainers work with their wards, it's a problem to approach the simulators, as there is often only 1 simulator per muscle group.
