we placed a parquet order 2 months ago. We were told that the color we chose was in stock and we immediately paid £295,000. We waited for the renovation of the apartment to be completed and waited for the parquet floors with peace of mind. But a month later, when it came time to lay the parquet floors, it turned out that the color we had chosen was out of stock. The company offered us a completely different color. Therefore, we had to cancel the order and request a refund. We were told that a refund will be made in a few days. However, we have been trying to get our money back for a full month. This company is misleading the customer and does not refund the money. There are constantly distracting promises such as “tomorrow”, “Wednesday”, “Friday”, “evening”. The things you've heard about the price superstition are definitely not cheap from the outside..they didn't have the parquet, the income came on the date they said, there's no problem with it. They can't take care of you, they're busy talking on the phone all the time. They promise parquet-colored slats, when we get paid, we don't have it, let's give it normally, or we have nothing to do, they say..There are plenty of hardwood door options, I would recommend it anyway..
