A very pleasant hotel, I stayed here for 5 days in October 2025. The receptionists at the reception are very polite and intelligent, they quickly arranged the check-in and allocated a beautiful room on the 5th floor. The hotel is quiet and warm, despite temperatures around 0 at night. The breakfast is very tasty, you can choose different options, I liked it. Thank you for the wonderful coffee, the barista is a master of his craft! The hotel is located near the main exhibition center of Almaty, if you are going to the exhibition, it is an ideal option at an affordable price. There's also a park and a botanical garden - you can have a good walk. I highly recommend it, the design of the rooms is modern, this is not an old modern hotel - I really liked it! I have been to different countries of the world a lot - Sacvoyage corresponds to the best hotels, and the quality of service is top-notch! The maids, receptionists, and cafe staff all create a great atmosphere of hospitality.

There were not the most pleasant impressions of the stay. When checking in, they asked to replace the bed linen due to a small stain. We were informed of a possible fine for this, which seemed strange and unpleasant. I would also like to mention the work of the staff. The administrators communicated correctly, but without much goodwill and interest in the guests. There was a lack of basic friendliness and hospitality. In addition, the food in the lobby did not like the quality and taste did not meet expectations. In general, the impression of the hotel remained below the expected level of service.

I liked everything. The bed is comfortable, clean, and the bed linen is of high quality. The water is hot. They give you a bathrobe and a dental check. The hair dryer dries well. The room is quite spacious. There is tea and a kettle. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The Wi-Fi is working, but it weakens from time to time. Books and magazines are laid out everywhere, you can always read.
