A pleasant hotel, new, completely renovated (not without jambs, of course). The standard room is spacious, comfortable, a comfortable workplace and a cool chair to fix. There is a swimming pool! Breakfast is good, but monotonous from day to day, coffee is a long time to wait from the bar. The staff is polite, everything is great. The cleaning is excellent. It is inconvenient to walk, because there is no pedestrian crossing to the sidewalk nearby. Everyone is crashing across the street, and the traffic, especially in the morning, is very dense. Overall, I liked it!

The rooms are not as high-quality as they look. The first room I had no curtains (only transparent ones). appealed. Only three days later, they changed my room. In the new room, yes, there are curtains, but the air conditioner either does not blow, or only cold air. Not all lamps are lit. She appealed again. The craftsmen came and did not fix it until I left. And the landline phone didn't work either. I was calling with the speaker all the time. She gave two stars: one for a nutritious breakfast, one for a good attitude towards customers, although they did not solve the problem. In general, I didn't really like it when I was given unprepared numbers two times.

I don't understand all the enthusiastic calls about this hotel. Upon checking in, I found the room in terrible condition, there was hair everywhere, furniture and glass in greasy spots. After the call at the reception, the room was still cleaned. I've been living in the room for 5 days now, on the last two days I hung "please get out" on the door handle, and left on business for the whole day. I was out from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but my room still hasn't been cleaned. Obviously, the hotel has some kind of cleaning problem. I had to call the reception and ask them to clean the room the next day.

I'll try it briefly and to the point. 1. I booked a suite room in advance by phone at the hotel itself. I asked in advance to calculate the cost of my stay because the time of entry and exit was not standard. Arriving at one o'clock in the morning, they told me there was no room for you, take a regular one or for the disabled. 2. The cost instead of 1.5 days announced at the time of booking was made by two people. 3. Having said that mir cards are accepted, it turned out that there is no terminal. Go to the city and change it. We agreed that I would leave a deposit in the currency the next day in the city and change it. 3. It turned out that after arriving on a night flight, the guest cannot have anything to eat. There are no mini bars. There is no room service. Even lemonades, shekoladok, some sandwiches, etc.… 4. That's not all, I thought it was just a bad day, another one would be better. Every time, I emphasize every time! I had to program the key again before entering the elevator to go to the Reception. Because for some reason it doesn't work like that in the elevator… 5. A hotel that is declared as new and modern with dirty carpets and plates of food that guests put out the door are cleaned for a day. Anyway, I've had one in my neighborhood all day. 6. Breakfast! After arrival and a hungry night, because this issue was not solved, I thought I would have a hearty breakfast. I enter the hall. 10h. Breakfast until 11. Approximately 20% of the tables are occupied in the hall. And whatever you think, I haven't found a single clean table with appliances...! But there are some very smug managers in the room. He came up politely explained the problem, they looked at me so that I didn't put on my glasses and proudly led me into the hall. We went around, we didn't find any clean tables, we didn't have to clean up enough. 7. For breakfast, an hour before the official end, there were only cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles. And a few slices of sausages. The rest of the dishes are empty ..... 8. I left, ate in the city. 9. When I returned in the evening, I ordered a steak at the restaurant, everything was fine, quickly done, delicious, the price tag is a matter for everyone. But after asking me to count and saying that I would pay with a card, the girl came and said, oh, but we can't accept with a card. And what prevented you from simply warning in a fierce decent place before the customer makes an order? Well, there really are overlays, well, just warn me. Or go back to the city to change? 10. And at the end of the cherry. I close the account on arrival, express my frustration that everything that could have been bad and in many ways let down, I leave, the administrator catches up and asks to pay for the lemonade that they forgot to count. It's not about lemonade, but in any decent place with all of the above, the problem is, they will write you some kind of open one, they will send you fruits, a chocolate bar, this is something that does not cost anything to a large hotel, not to mention some kind of discount, dinner, bonus for the next stay, etc ... and here they run after you and ask for more 200 rubles to pay extra. 11. So I strongly do not recommend it. The guest is not at all who she pretends to be.
