We bought a fake drug L-thyroxine (thyroid hormone) on June 1. It differs from the original tablet thickness, tablet shape (photo 1), material color (photo 1), packaging (photo 2), lack of dosage on the tablet (photo 3). The tablet does not break when pressed, as indicated on the package. When tested, the hormone level in the blood turned out to be much lower than normal, although an increased dose was taken.
