Constantly ( with rare exceptions ), the 9th site is serviced with one more by some district , by one doctor . Which creates exorbitant eyes . It turns out that the management of the LLP creates queues with its management decisions . People have to lose 3 hours just to get a referral for tests .Several times already, when I receive a referral for tests, the nurse enters an incomplete list of tests in the referral, which makes people waste time again to take a referral with a complete list of tests. The management has something to work on.

To say that it's terrible is to say nothing. There are excessive queues everywhere. I'm standing at the reception desk just to find out the site number. I was told to take a queue. I took the ticket, and there are 48 people in front of me. The receptionists are barely moving. Of the four tables, the receptionist sits at only one. The other three leave and come. Where can I complain about all this?????
