04/9/2023 I went to the pharmacy at about 22.00 with a request to sell me a mild laxative that does not cause abdominal pain. I repeated it several times. The pharmacist said they had "drops and pills." To which I replied, "I don't want my stomach to hurt, it's a very easy remedy." In response, the drug "Phytolax" chewable tablets was sold to me through the window without any options. I trusted the pharmacist and it was only at home after taking the pills that I noticed that they contain senna. Naturally, I suffered from pain, because senna extract is the oldest and most clumsy laxative that causes severe cramps in almost everyone. Today, 04/10/2023, I came to the pharmacy again with the exact same request. There was another pharmacist at the pharmacy on shift who did not even offer me Phytolax, but offered several other soft and modern remedies with a laxative effect without pain. I believe that the pharmacist working on 9.04 allowed absolute negligence and callousness by selling me instead of normal funds exactly what is above all to get a side effect in the form of pain. It is unclear how such people are allowed to work in a pharmacy.
