When we asked for the receipt, it turned out that the terminal was not working, which we found out during payment only, not when we arrived or started making an order, but when paying. Considering that we are in Astana for a short time, we don't have that much cash, and we don't have a Bank of Kazakhstan card with the ability to transfer money either. Well, we were with a friend who had the opportunity, but if we had come without her, I don't know how it would have ended. You should be notified immediately about a non-working terminal. It completely ruined the impression.

We booked a karaoke room for 14 people in 2 weeks. We came and everything was fine in the kitchen. Salads are not delicious at all. There were 7 hot ones left (fettuccine for 14 people) and the cooled one was brought. The administrator was called , allegedly they had a banquet yesterday and did not have time to make the purchase, traffic jams . Complete disappointment.
